Romuald was born on November 16th, 1966.  Romuald's father was Michał Polaczuk and his mother is Marianna Pacholczyk-Polaczuk (Malinowska).  His paternal grandparents were Józef Polaczuk and Anastazja Polaczuk (Proniewicz). He had two brothers and a sister, named Zbigniew, Grzegorz and Grażyna.  He is the youngest of the four children.



Romuald's family

Romuald and Maria were married in a religious ceremony on September 23rd, 1988 in Chodecz by the priest.1   They have two daughters named Malwina and Damian.
