Erin Polaczuk

Erin was born on December 20th, 1980 in Lower Hutt, New Zealand.¹ Erin's father is Jan Polaczuk and her mother is Patricia Polaczuk. Her paternal grandfather was Mikołaj Polaczuk and her paternal grandmother is Celina Polaczuk (Gawronek). She has three brothers and six sisters, named Michal, Joseph, Sam, Stasia, Wendy, Lydia, Ruth, Renee and Monique. She is the fifth oldest of the ten children.
