Josephine Warburton was born on July 23rd, 1865 in Hyde, North Carolina.1   Josephine Warburton's father was John Thomas Hooten and her mother was Mary E Bowen.  Her paternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>. She had four brothers and three sisters, named William Thomas, Charles Manley, <Unknown>, <Unknown>, Mary E, <Unknown> and <Unknown>. She had three half-brothers named John W, <Unknown> and <Unknown>.  She died at the age of 91 on July 7th, 1957 in Belhaven, Beaufort, North Carolina, United States.1
