John Coward

John was born on August 26th, 1728 in Middletown, Monmouth, New Jersey, United States. John's father was John Coward and his mother was Alice Brittain. His paternal grandparents were Hugh COWARD and Patience THROCKMORTON; his maternal grandparents were Nathaniel Brittain and Elizabeth Gerritsen. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Jonathan, Deliverance, Rebecca and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 48 on April 13th, 1777 in Freehold, Monmouth, New Jersey, United States.
