Thomas was born in May 1781 in Bridgerule, Devon, England and his baptism took place there on May 20th, 1781.1   Thomas' father is William Piper and his mother is Elizabeth Wonnacott.  His paternal grandparents are SAMPSON PIPER and Rebecca Grigory.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 68 on January 24th, 1850 in Boyton, Cornwall, England.  He was buried on January 27th, 1850 in Boyton, Cornwall, England.1 1
