Ellen was born in 1760 in Rainford, Lancashire, , England.  Ellen's father was Thomas Glover and her mother is Ellen Grenough.  Her paternal grandfather was Thomas Glover and her paternal grandmother is Deborah Rigby.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 77 on May 10th, 1837 in Rainford, Lancashire, , England.1
