Nicholas Jacobus van Blerk

Nicholas Jacobus was born on September 29th, 1743 in Cape Town.  Nicholas Jacobus' father was Nicolaas van Blerk and his mother was Catharina Maria Magetski.  His maternal grandparents were Bernhardus Magetski and Catharina Maria Driessen. He had three brothers and a sister, named Rogier Bernhadus, Simon Petrus, Francois and Catharina Cornelia.  He was the second oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother named Jan Barend.  He died before 1758 in Cape Town.
