Jorge Luis Mendes was born on April 25th, 1952. Jorge Luis Mendes' father is Jorge Pereira and his mother is Orminda De Carvalho Mendes Pereira. His paternal grandfather was Eugênio Estevam Pereira and his paternal grandmother is Purcina Leopoldina De Moraes. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Descio Mendes, Indalécio Mendes, Maria Helena Pereira César, Neusa, Enilda Pereira Vironda and Eunice Pereira Mendes De Lima. He died at the age of 41 on June 11th, 1993.-
