Frank A. Varney

Frank was born in April 1878. Frank's father was William S. Varney and his mother was Abbie E. Spinney. His maternal grandparents were Rolland Spinney and Rhonda Spinney. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Oscar, Henreitta, Edith and Charlotte. He was the second oldest of the five children.
