Asa Upton

Asa was born in 1797 in Canning Parish, New Castle, New Brunswick. Asa's father was Samuel Upton and his mother was Betsy Brawn Estey. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Upton and Rebecca Spinney. He had a brother and two sisters, named Samuel, Mary and Ruth. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 73 in December 1870 in Newcastle Bridge, New Brunswick.
