Leon L. Spinney

Leon was born after 1900. Leon's father was Elvington Palmer Spinney and his mother was Grace Emma Burbank. His paternal grandparents were Palmer O. Spinney and Mary J. Todd. He had a sister named Dorothy. He was the younger of the two children.
