James Spinney

James was born in 1799 in Argyle, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia. James' father was Isaac Spinney and his mother was Eunice Frost. His paternal grandparents were John Spinney and Joanna Roberts; his maternal grandparents are John Frost and Lydia. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Isaac, David, Daniel, Reuben, Nelson, Anne, Eunice, Lydia, Hannah and Rebekah. He was the nineth oldest of the eleven children.
