Charles O. Spinney

Charles was born in 1854. Charles' father was William A. Spinney and his mother was Lydia A. Petigrew. His paternal grandparents were Ebenezer Spinney and Temperance A. Hodgeson. He had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Augustus, Lydia, Anne and Sarah. He was the fourth oldest of the six children.
