    Spinney, Beatrice Mae - 101, Berwick, formerly of Aylesford, died August 30, 2000, in Thomas Rest Home, Berwick. Born in Greenwood Square, she was a daughter of the late Melbourne and Harriet (Small) Spinney. She had been the organist at the Union Church, Greenwood Square for many years. She had been active in U.C.W. Auxiliary both in Aylesford and Greenwood. She was a former member of Canadian Cancer Society and Canadian Red Cross. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Surviving are daughters, Connie (Mrs. Robert McMahon), Berwick; Frances Hatt, Middleton; seven grandchldren; 12 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Leslie; son-in-law, Keith Hatt; sister Edith; brothers, Horace, Loring, Ralph and Howe. Funeral service 2 p.m. today, in Warren T. Roop Funeral Home, Middleton, Rev. Dr. Byron Fenwick officiating. Burial in Aylesford Union Cemetery. Donations to Canadian Cancer Society, Aylesford United Church or Greenwood Square Union Church.
