Arthur E. Spinney

Arthur was born in October 1897. Arthur's father was Pearl Spinney and his mother was Hanna Mina. His paternal grandparents were Francis Lemuel Spinney and Elizabeth Freeman. He had two sisters named Treola and Lizzie. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 71 in 1968.
