Thomas was born on June 21st, 1827.1   Thomas' father was Thomas Marr and his mother was Lydia Trafton.  His paternal grandfather was John Marr and his paternal grandmother is Mary Cornish; his maternal grandparents were Jotham Trafton and Joanna Spinney. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Jotham, Jeruel, Lemuel, Miranda, Iretta, Lydia and Mary. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named John and Eunice.  He died at the age of 43 on October 11th, 1870.1
