William Hatt

William was born in 1844.¹ William's father was John Hatt and his mother was Dorothy Spinney. His maternal grandparents were Jonathan Spinney and Mary Catherine Troke. He had four sisters named Margaret, Mary, Dorcas and Sarah. He was the second oldest of the five children.
