Franklin Dwelley

Franklin was born on September 13th, 1831.¹ Franklin's father was George Wilder Dwelley and his mother was Narcissa Spring Spinney. His paternal grandparents are Melzar Dwelley and Sally Smith; his maternal grandparents were Ebenezer Spinney and Alice (Elsy) Paul.
