John's baptism took place on September 17th, 1572.  John's father was Thomas Dow and his mother was Margaret England.  His paternal grandparents were John Dow and Johan Coop. He had four brothers and a sister, named Henry, Thomas, Christopher, Edmond and Katherine.  He died about 1572.  He was buried on February 23rd, 1572.
