Arthur Kirkland Besley

Arthur Kirkland was born on November 9th, 1902 in District of Columbia, United States.¹ Arthur Kirkland's father is Frederick Wilson Besley and his mother is Bertha Simonds. His paternal grandparents were Bartholomew Besley and Sarah Elizabeth Wilson. He had a brother and two sisters, named Lowell, Florence D and Helen. He was the second oldest of the four children.
