Eugene Gale Hagy

Eugene Gale was born on April 25th, 1897 in Abingdon.¹ Eugene Gale's father was William David Hagy and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Grubb. His paternal grandparents were Jesse Viney Hagy and Margarett S. Ireson. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Jesse Lee, Jacob Grubb, William Leslie, Garland Leigh, Minnie Gay, Elizabeth Louisiana, Mabel M., Letitia Sue and Annie Stuart. He was the nineth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 53 on April 27th, 1950.¹
