Wayne was born on December 7th, 1956 in Resolven. Wayne's father was Raymond Jenkins and his mother was Ceinwen Phillips. His paternal grandparents were Freddie Jenkins and Lilian Davies. He had two brothers and a sister, named Neil, John and Claire. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 39 on October 1st, 1996 in London.-
