Thomas was born in 1568 in Croft, Leicestershire, England.  Thomas' father was Robert CLEMENTS and his mother was Mrs. Alice Or Agnes CLEMENTS.  His paternal grandparents were Richard CLEMENTS and Elizabeth CLEMENTS. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Roger, Robert, John, Robert, Richard, John, James, Jane and Isabel.  He was the seventh oldest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 61 on May 12th, 1629 in Broughton Astley, Leicestershire, England.  His burial was on May 12th, 1629 in Broughton Astley, Leicester, England.
