Ingelger D' was born about 0898 in Of, , Anjou, France.  Ingelger D''s father was Foulques I "le Roux" Count Of ANJOU and his mother is Roscille De LOCHES.  His paternal grandfather was Ingelger I Count Of ANJOU AND ORLEANS and his paternal grandmother is Aelinde (Rescinde) De AMBOISE; his maternal grandparents are Garnier, Seigneur De LOCHES and Mrs-Garnier LOCHES. He had two brothers and a sister, named Guy D', Foulques II "le Bon" Count Of and Roscille D'.  He died in 0927.  His burial was in St. Martin De Tours.
