Valentin was born on February 28th, 1918 in Houston, TX.  Valentin's father was Valentin Gallia and his mother was Amelia J. Gallia/Kopecky.  His paternal grandparents were Valentin Lambert Gallia and Frances Harok Gallia. He had a brother and a sister, named Jay and Josephine.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died from a heart attack at the age of 62 on November 30th, 1980.
