Pancha's father was Rafael  Russián Cova and her mother was Ana Julia González.  Her paternal grandparents were José  Russián Alcalá and María Manuela Cova; her maternal grandparents are José Vicente Cova and Juana Vicenta González. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Emilio, Yique, Blas, José , Nelly , Mecha and La Nena.
