Märt was born in 1780. Märt's father is Toomas and his mother is Ann. His paternal grandparents were Paap and Els; his maternal grandfather was Peep and his maternal grandmother is Madli. He had a brother and two sisters, named Mats, Eva and Anu. He died at the age of 20 in 1800.
