Kärt's father was Märt and her mother is Mari. Her paternal grandfather is Andres and her paternal grandmother was Mai; her maternal grandparents are Jaan and Liis. She had a brother and a sister, named Jaan and Epp. She has three half-brothers named Hans, Villem and Märt.
