Andre's father was Mats and his mother is Tiiu. His paternal grandfather is Jaak and his paternal grandmother was Kärt; his maternal grandfather is Märt and his maternal grandmother was Ann. He has two brothers and a sister, named Jaan, Peep and Mari. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Toomas and Mai.
