Teréz's father was András Schubert and her mother was Terézia Wagner. She had four brothers and nine sisters, named Antal, András, János, András, Magdolna, Borbála, Rozália, Mária, Rozália, Anna, Katalin, Rozina and Erzsébet.  She was the second oldest of the fourteen children.  She died at the age of 37 on March 8th, 1909.
