Catherine Mary and Malachy (brother)

Catherine, known as Kate, was born in 1876 in St Arnaud, Victoria.¹   Kate's father was John O'Donnell and her mother was Margaret Hogan.  Her paternal grandparents were Martin O'Donnell and Margaret Green. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Martin, Malachy, Cornelius, Martin, Cornelius, Margaret and Bridget.  She was the second oldest of the eight children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named John and Dora.
