    2Obituary. "Mrs. Wilhelmina Tiefenbach, 77, of McLean passed away in the Plains Health Center in Regina on May 26. Funeral service for Mrs. Tiefenbach was held May 30 from the Christ Lutheran Church with Rev. W.T. Kurtz and Rev. Lanny Knudson officiating. Interment followed in Memorial Gardens in Regina. Predeceased by a son, George Philip, daughter Mrs. R. (Alma) Rumpel, brother Henry Hehn, and grand-daughter Joy Burke, Mrs. Tiefenbach is survived by her husband, William; four daughters, Mrs. Eva Burke of Saskatoon, Mrs. Adelle Crowe of Moose Jaw, Mrs. Adeline Flamen of Regina, and Mrs. Eleanor Thiessen of Yarrow, B.C.; four sons, Sieg of Hamilton, Ont., Rudy of Regina, Joe of Tisdale and Ernie of Regina; one sister, Mrs. G. (Julie) Mohr of Earl Grey; three brothers, Karl Hehn of Delta, B.C.; Joe Hehn of Rutland, B.C.; Reinhold Hehn of Victoria, B.C.; 26 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Tiefenbach (nee Hehn) was born in Austria 1900. She came to Canada as a child with her parents. In 1917 she married William Tiefenbach, living for a time on a farm in the Southey district. They moved to Balgonie and finally settled in the village of McLean. She was a devoted wife and mother, taking great joy in serving her family. She enjoyed gardening, quilting and rug making. She was a devoted member of her church, as well as being an active member of the Women's Club in earlier years. Mrs. Tiefenbach and her husband loved to travel and visit their children and in the past few years they were kept busy attending weddings of their grandchildren. Pallbearers were six grand-sons. Speers Funeral Chapel were in charge of arrangements." Contributed by Gladys LaValley.

Predeceased by son George Philip, daughter Mrs. Alma Rumpel, brother Henry Hehn and granddaughter Joy Burke, Mrs. Tiefenbach is survived by her husband, William, four daughters; Mrs. Eva Burke and her husband William, Saskatoon, Mrs. Adelle Crowe and her husband Lloyd, Moose Jaw, Mrs. Adelline Flaman and her husband Elmer, Regina, Mrs. Eleanor Thiessen and her husband Harry, Yarrow, B.C.; four sons; Sieg and his wife Phil., Hammon, Ont., Rudy and his wife Eileen, Regina, Joe and his wife Peggy, Tisdale, Ernie and his wife Leona, Regina; one sister Mrs. G. Julie Mohr, Earl Grey; three brothers, Karl Hehn, Deila, B.C., Joe Hehn, Pulland, B.C., Reinhold Hehn, Victoria, B.C., twenty-six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 30, 1977 at 1:30pm in Christ Lutheran Church with Rev. W. T. Kurtz officiating. Interment in Regina Memorial Gardens. Flowers most gratefully declined. Friends so wishing may make donations in her memory to the Regina Lutheran Home Memorial Fund, 125 Hamilton St., Regina. Arrangements in care of Speers Funeral Chapel." Contributed by Eileen Jameson.
