Luis was born on April 27th, 1932.  Luis' father was Guilherme Pohren and his mother was Josefina Finger.  His paternal grandparents were João Pohren and Elisabeth Schmidt; his maternal grandparents were José Finger and Carolina Schmidt. He had a brother named Edgar.  He was the younger of the two children. He had two half-brothers named José and Carlos.  He died by stillbirth or at birth on April 27th, 1932.
