Petra was born in 1847 in Clarines.  Petra's father was Candido Rojas and her mother was Lucia Zerpa.  Her paternal grandparents are Hombre Rojas and Mujer desconocida; her maternal grandmother is Ana Maria Zerpa. She had a brother and two sisters, named Domingo, Josefa Lucia Celestina and Teresa.  She died at the age of 87 on January 28th, 1934 in Clarines.
