Eladio Jose was born in Clarines.  Eladio Jose's mother was Paula Chivico Sifontes.  His maternal grandparents are Comandante Francisco Chivico and Josefa Sifontes. He had four brothers and a sister, named Emilio, Gregorio Delfin, Manuel Salvador, Dionicio and Maria Claudina.  He died on June 12th, 1917 in Paso Real.
