Francis (George) was born about 1533 in Nether Hall, Yorkshire, England.1   Francis (George)'s father was George Copley and his mother was Elizabeth Haldenby.  His paternal grandparents are Edward Copley and Mary Mauleverer.  He was an only child.  He died on September 19th, 1613 in Doncaster, Yorkshire, England.1
