Albert F was born about 1929 in Arkansas.¹ Albert F's father was John James Tacker and his mother was Blanche Eugene Reeves. His paternal grandparents were Albert Fredrick Tacker and Mary Francis Turner; his maternal grandparents were Tom Reeves and Winneford Wilson. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Raymond L, Lewis Chester, John T "JT", Mary Francis, Lula Mae, Sarah Juanita and Blanche L. He is the youngest of the eight children.
