David Petty

David was born on June 8th, 1729 in Market Weighton, Yorkshire, England.¹ David's father was David Petty and his mother was Jane Edwards. His paternal grandparents were John Petty and Ursula (Petty). He had two brothers and two sisters, named John, William, Mary and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 70 on April 5th, 1800 in Shipton By Thorpe, Yorkshire, England.¹
