Engracia (Seng) Sagum Vinuya

Engracia, known as Seng, was born on May 18th, 1955.  Seng's father was Juaquin Balagtas Vinuya and her mother was Marcelina (Iling) Sagum.  Her paternal grandparents were Cristino (Tuno) Manapul Vinuya and Geralda Balagtas. She had two brothers and a sister, named Boy, Val and Andring.  She was the second oldest of the four children.  She died at the age of 62 on May 19th, 2017.
