Ruth Clarisse Capulong Pelayo

Ruth Clarisse's father is Romel Pelayo and her mother is Carol Gatchalian Capulong.  Her maternal grandfather was Miguel Jr Mangalino Capulong and her maternal grandmother is Trinidad Gatchalian. She has a brother and a sister, named Ralph Chester and Claizel.  She is the oldest of the three children.
