Elisio (Ely) Vinuya Capili

Ely's father is Alfonso (Ponsing) Capili and his mother was Elena (Elen) Sangalang Vinuya.  His maternal grandparents were Teodoro (Doro) Manapul Vinuya and Rosario Sangalang. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Bong, Rey, Vernie, Mel, Ada, Mary, Baby, Mercy, Grace, Emily and Lito.  He was the oldest of the twelve children.  Elisio, known as Ely, is no longer alive.
