William Thomas Beene
William was born on August 1st, 1877 in Freestone County, Texas. He died at the age of 81 on August 2nd, 1958. He was buried in Salem Cemetery, So. of Teague, TX.
Mamie Allen Beene
Mamie, known as mamie, was born on January 28th, 1881. She died at the age of 90 on July 28th, 1971.

Elmer Beene, Sr.
Elmer Beene, Sr., 95, longtime and well-known farmer/rancher and Tax Assessor/Collector for 22 years in the Groesbeck Independent School District, died Sunday in Parkview Regional Hospital.
Mr. Beene, born in Freestone County on Dec. 23, 1907, was reared in that county and moved to Shiloh in 1936. He moved in 1941 to Groesbeck, where he lived until moving to Mexia in 1996.
A member of the Groesbeck Church of Christ, Mr. Beene was preceded in death by his parents, William Thomas and Mamie Beene, pioneer Freestone County residents; by his wife of 76 years - Ima Jane Beene, who died in March of this year; by four brothers - Ovin, Roy, Lester and Ernest Beene, and by two sisters- Emma Lee Rogers and Ruth Pipkin.
Family visitation is scheduled for this evening from 6 until 8 o'clock at Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Groesbeck Church of Christ or to the First Baptist Church's Christian Life Center.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday morning at 10:30 in Groesbeck Church of Christ, with Minister Richard Williams officiating. Burial will be in Mexia Cemetery, under direction of Blair-Stubbs.
Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Elmer and Martha Beene, Jr., of Mexia; a grandson, Brett Beene and wife Chana of Mexia; great-grandchildren, Blair and Chet Beene of Mexia, and two sisters, Ruby Day of Fairfield and and Grace
Hester of Grand Prairie.
Pallbearers are Holloway Martin, Harold Nussbaum, Billie M. Beene, Billy Jim Day, William Lee Hester, Ken Neyland, Horace Prather and Kent Kendall.
Emma Lee (Beene) Rogers
Emma Lee was born on February 19th, 1901 in Freestone County, Texas. She died at the age of 77 in January 1979.
Ovin William Beene
Ovin was born on March 1st, 1903. He died at the age of 77 on December 30th, 1980.
Thomas Warren Roy Beene
Thomas was born on November 8th, 1905. He died at the age of 95 on February 24th, 2001.
Elmer Beene Sr.
Elmer was born on December 23rd, 1907 in Freestone County, Texas. He died at the age of 95 on September 14th, 2003.
Ruth M (Pipkin) Beene
Ruth was born on April 19th, 1911. She died at the age of 79 on March 28th, 1991.
Ruby Fay (Day) Beene
Ruby was born on April 19th, 1911. She died at the age of 98 on January 3rd, 2010. She was buried in Lake Chapel Cemetery Fairfield, Texas.
Ernest Edward Beene
Ernest was born on September 25th, 1913. He died at the age of 83 on February 10th, 1997.
Grace Elizabeth (Hester) Beene
Grace was born on October 3rd, 1919. She died at the age of 96 on November 15th, 2015 in Grapevine, Texas. The funeral took place in Salem Cemetery. She was buried in Freestone County, Texas.
