Nik Muhammad Mohd Ali

Nik Muhammad's father is Mohd Ali and his mother was Nik Kalthom Nik Ismail.  His maternal grandfather is Nik Ismail Wan Musa and his maternal grandmother was Nik Zainab Wan Yusof. He has six brothers and five sisters, named Nik Azman, Nk Abu Bakar, Azmi, Alwi, Shukri, Khalid, Faridah, Hanisah, Hasni, Nik Alyani and Nik Nurfaezah.  He is the third youngest of the twelve children.
