Nik Mohamad Nik Ismail

Nik Mohamad's father is Nik Ismail Wan Musa and his mother was Nik Zainab Wan Yusof.  His maternal grandfather is Wan Yusuf Wan Idris and his maternal grandmother was Nik Saadiah Nik Din. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Nik Mat Zain, Nik Yaacob, Nik Abd Rahman, Nik Mohd Salleh, Nik Halimah, Nik Aminah, Nik Aishah, Nik Kalthom and Nik Hasnah.  He is the fourth youngest of the ten children.
