MIles was born in 1092 in Glouster, Gloucestershire, England.  MIles' father was Walter Fitzroger and his mother was Bertha Fitzroger.  His paternal grandparents were Roger de Pitres and Eunice de Baalun.  He was an only child.  He died in an accident or as a result of an injury, Accidently killed by an arrow while deer hunting in the Forest of Dean, at the age of 51 on December 24th, 1143 in Llanthony, Priory, Gloucster, England.
