Ann was born on December 24th, 1779. She died at the age of 26 in February 1806 in Bolton. She was buried on February 23rd, 1806 at St. Peter's (Bolton).1 Death Notes

General Notes
There are no Bolton births after Jacob and Martha in 1803-05. It could be that Ann died in 1806, so John may have remarried. It could be they moved (there are births of Mary and Robert in 1811-12 at Middleton, but that family is John Crook and Ann Howard, who married at Middleton in 1810).
