William Atherton Tomlinson

He had a brother and a sister, named Henry and Mary. He was adopted by Thomas Bolton Tomlinson & Ellen Atherton. He died at the age of 70 in December 1917 in Bolton. His burial was on December 3rd, 1917 at Tonge-with-Haulgh Cemetery.²³

- Born: Bolton. Lancashire (4 years before parents were married). Other siblings (Mary) was illegitimate and (Henry Griffiths) was adopted. It seems likely therefore, William was also illegitimate.
