This is the Josiah who has a son Stephen born 1838. It cant be the Josiah (25) who was with his mother Betty (65) at Howell Croft in 1841.
In 1841, Josiah and Ellen (both 30) were at Stockport with William (8), Thomas (6), Stephen (4), Joseph (2).
In 1851, Josiah and Ellen Taylor (both 38) were at Stockport with William (18), Thomas (16), Stephen (14), Joseph (8), Charles (4) and twins Ellen and Josiah (1 Mo).
The family emigrated to the US before the 1861 UK census.
Josiah and Ellen were married. They had six sons and a daughter, named William, Thomas, Stephen, Joseph, Charles, Josiah and Margaret. There are possibly more children. Josiah and Margaret were twins.
