In 1871, Edward and Betty (41 & 39) are at 291 Baglane, Atherton with John (13), Martha (11), James (3) and child Samuel (9 mo). The birth confirms mother's maiden name ABBOTT for all the children.
In 1881, Edward and Betsy (50 & 48) were at 289 Bag Lane, Atherton with sons James (13) and Samuel (10), sons of ABBOTT) and married daughter Martha Yates. This must be the Edward who partnered HOLLAND and OWEN.
