Thomas was born about 1805 in Connah's Quay.¹

Thomas is no longer alive.

- There is another Hughes, fisherman, married to Hewitt also from Wepre. Also Humphry Hughes, a flat-man of Wepre married Martha Bennett of Wepre at Connah's Quay in 1828
